Did you serve at R.A.F Duxford or know anyone who did?

We are constantly searching for old friends and comrades who also served at R.A.F. Duxford.

We meet twice a year in May and October at the I.W.M. Duxford, all ranks and trades are welcome.

Why not join us, meet old friends, make new ones?  Associate membership is also available.

When the Association was formed we wanted an identity that did not give emphasis to any one

group of the potential membership. The pun on the name Duxford seemed to fit the bill (ouch!)

and the duck (Dux) sort of carried on, and now features in our association logo, a bit quackers

...so what? Over the years the Dux has appeared in many forms e.g.the place cards for the

 annual dinner has the Dux in a different pose each year and are now a highly prized souvenir!

 A tie (Blue or Maroon) featuring the logo is available as is an enamelled lapel badge.

 Our motto "Genius Loci" means the spirit of the place which is why we are members                                                                                                              A.Mc.R.
